Registration Fee: $1,495. Conference registration fee includes
breakfasts, lunches, refreshments, networking and cocktail receptions,

Cancellation: Cancellations must
be in writing and will be subject to a non-refundable deposit of $295.
No refunds or credits will be given for cancellation received after
November 1.

Reservations can be made directly with The Roosevelt Hotel. Please
ask for the Securing New Ground rate of $359 (plus applicable taxes).
The rate is available through October 9, 2010. If the room block is
filled, standard hotel rates apply. If you are transferred to central
reservations you will need to call back.
